They act as your liaison and assist onsite by greeting your travelers, escorting them to waiting vehicles, and help with any changes as they arise. They will also remain in constant communication with you and your event chauffeurs to ensure your attendees’ smooth experience.

The Onsite Meeting Coordinator will have an event manifest to ensure proper coordination for maximum efficiency as well as an arrival and departure manifest to ensure all clients have airport transportation.
