Concorde Worldwide has recently announced the promotion of Maddy Noguera to Director of Client
Services. Maddy joined Concorde Worldwide as a Dispatcher in 2004 and has advanced over time to Dispatch Supervisor. She has more than twenty-three years of experience in the transportation industry. Maddy’s wealth of knowledge has played a key role in the Dispatch Department.
This promotion recognizes Maddy’s contributions to Concorde Worldwide during her fifteen years with the company. “Maddy has been an important part of our success, and we are thrilled to promote her to this important position,” said Shady Azer, Vice President of Operations.
Maddy will have comprehensive supervisory duties overseeing her team of sixteen employees both in reservations and dispatch. Her responsibilities will include hiring, scheduling, as well as job training. Also, Maddy will manage employee reviews, evaluations, and job performance.
