General information on ground transportation, service overview, general company information, press releases and online registration process for CONCORDE WORLDWIDE services are also provided through the Site.

CONCORDE WORLDWIDE’s Privacy Promise

Information you provide may be shared internally with other CONCORDE WORLDWIDE departments or affiliates in order to process your request for information or services. Information is not shared outside of CONCORDE WORLDWIDE, unless your permission has been obtained first.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, fulfilling your reservation or billing) are granted access to personally-identifying information.

CONCORDE WORLDWIDE may use third party providers to support fulfillment of your reservation request or for the services you are using. If your reservation is fulfilled by one of our global affiliates, CONCORDE WORLDWIDE may need to share some of your information with that affiliate. In such cases, please be assured that only the information required to fulfill the reservation request is shared, your payment information is never shared.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personally-Identifying Information

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally-identifying information. If you have registered your profile on any of the services available on our Site, your e-mail address and password are required in order to access your profile information. If you forget your username and/or password retrieval of that information may only be obtained though a pre-registered e-mail address.

CONCORDE WORLDWIDE reserves the right to alter, amend or change our Privacy Policy at any time. To the extent practical any changes will be communicated through our Site at least 10 days in advance of implementation. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the previous Privacy Policy.

In the event of a data breach, we will provide you with the notification required under federal and state law.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

CONCORDE WORLDWIDE provides the Services, the Site, its contents, and any and all other services and information provided herein on an “as is” basis. You expressly agree that your use of the Services and the Site is at your sole risk. CONCORDE WORLDWIDE expressly disclaims warranties of every kind, express and implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or non-infringement in connection with the Site and the Services and any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

CONCORDE WORLDWIDE does not represent or warrant that the functions of the Services or the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the information supplied via the Services or on the Site will be accurate, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims

By using the Website or accessing any information herein, you agree that your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim arising from your purchase must be brought in the state courts located in Queens County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Southern or Eastern Districts of New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in such courts. CONCORDE WORLDWIDE’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in this provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or products purchased through the Website must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
